Returns and Exchanges
- Eligibility: We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products. This includes perfumes and bukhoor.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference. You may be asked to provide photos of the damage for our records.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product or damaged items), we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees.
